Job description
HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN seeks a Senior Consultant, Learning and Development to lead the development, implementation, and management of programs that support learning, development, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners with HR leaders and teams to drive impact that improves health and well-being for those served.
The Senior Consultant will design, implement and measure development initiatives, align content with our mission, and share best practices across programs.
