Job description
DLC Management Corp. is seeking a Director of Leasing to lead a strategic leasing plan for a portfolio of properties.
You will identify tenants, manage relationships with retailers and brokers, and guide lease proposals from initial LOI to signing, while contributing to budgets and marketing strategies. The role requires developing market knowledge, negotiating with national retailers, and traveling as needed.
