Job description
DLC Management Corp. is seeking a VP of Leasing to oversee a strategic leasing plan for its portfolio of properties. You will lead leasing strategy, analyze market data, and cultivate strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams to optimize occupancy and value.
Expect to drive LOI negotiations, coordinate with Legal, and guide leasing reps and brokers. A long track record in retail leasing and a collaborative, results‑oriented mindset are essential for success.
