Job description
Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Leaves & Accommodations Specialist to deliver leave, disability, and accommodation services across the Benefits Team. You will act as a liaison with the leaves administrator, manage complex cases, and ensure accurate leave dates and pay in collaboration with Matrix and payroll.
You will guide employees, managers, and HR Business Partners through the life cycle of leaves, uphold regulatory compliance, and protect confidentiality while addressing evolving needs
