Job description
One Alliance North America Insurance Company in Orlando, FL seeks a Director of Legal to lead corporate and employment law matters, advise HR, and draft and negotiate key contracts. You will work with senior leadership, outside counsel, and Compliance to manage risk and drive business objectives.
The role requires a JD and 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with in-house exposure in insurance, insurtech, or financial services. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
