Job description
Cabrera Capital Markets is seeking a Senior Legal & Compliance Specialist to support contracting, governance, and regulatory affairs in Chicago. You will draft and review agreements, manage corporate records, assist with FINRA/SEC compliance, and optimize legal operations across the firm’s business units.
