Job description
Traversal is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, the company’s first in‑house lawyer, to build the legal function and report to the Head of Strategy & Operations.
You will own enterprise contract negotiations end‑to‑end, draft templates, and advise on corporate, compliance, and employment matters as the company scales.
This in‑person NY role requires a J.D., NY bar, 7+ years in SaaS, and strong judgment balancing risk with growth.
