Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal guidance across commercial, regulatory and IP matters for global brands in the healthcare sector. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, and advise on HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, and related health care laws.
The role requires extensive corporate/commercial experience, including healthcare transactions, and collaboration with senior leadership across regions.
