Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking a seasoned legal professional (JD required) with 5–10 years in a large broker-dealer or asset management firm. The role focuses on preparation of prospectuses, regulatory compliance for registered funds, and drafting/negotiating agreements with service providers.
The candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working with senior leaders and outside counsel.
