Job description
Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Director, Senior Legal Counsel to support the Boards of Trustees for JIF/JAS, providing independent legal judgment and regulatory interpretation. You will handle day-to-day governance matters, coordinate with the CLO, and prepare materials for board meetings.
You will work in a hybrid environment in Colorado, engaging with trustees, internal teams, and external counsel to advance governance, product development, and compliant fund operations.
