Job description
Brookfield Asset Management LLC is seeking a Director to join the Capital Solutions team in New York City, reporting to the Head of Legal for Brookfield Credit. The role focuses on leading securities, syndicated finance, and governance activities, coordinating with Portfolio Management, Syndication, Risk, and Finance teams.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years at a top law firm or investment bank, NY bar, and strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws, FINRA and SEC rules.
