Job description
Primerica in Duluth, GA is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to review advertising materials for compliance, advise on content, and ensure regulatory conformity across FINRA/SEC and state laws.
The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence several days per week with the business units, broker-dealer and investment adviser support. JD and bar admission are required, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and FINRA licenses or initiation within 120 days.
