Job description
Siemens Energy seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to support the negotiation and execution of complex commercial transactions, including EPC contracts in the energy sector, partnering with sales and project teams to enable project delivery while managing legal risk.
The role requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and 8+ years of relevant legal experience, direct EPC/construction contract experience, and familiarity with the energy sector.
