Job description
Charles Schwab Corporation in Texas seeks an experienced attorney to join the Legal team supporting CSIM. The role focuses on legal support for exchange traded products (ETPs) including cryptocurrencies, commodities, and derivatives, with drafting of offering documents and ongoing regulatory compliance.
The candidate should have a JD, 5–10 years of relevant in-house or equivalent experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects with senior leaders
