Job description
IMC B.V. is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to support multiple lines, including trading in equity options, equities, ETFs and futures, plus treasury relationships and prime brokerage arrangements.
You will negotiate master agreements, prime brokerage and securities lending docs, and provide actionable legal guidance to senior stakeholders across US and London markets. The role requires 8+ years' experience, JD, and bar membership, with a discretionary bonus and benefits.
