Job description
Grant PUD seeks a Deputy General Counsel to serve as a senior legal advisor to the General Counsel and CEO, guiding complex matters across the organization. You will support contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management while representing Grant PUD with outside counsel as needed.
The role requires a JD, active U.S. license to practice law (WSBA) or eligibility within one year, and at least five years in a regulated environment such as utilities or public sector work.
