Supermicro is seeking a strategic Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation & Internal Investigations in San Jose, CA. You will lead internal investigations, support litigation, oversee e-discovery, and handle government inquiries while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, HR, Internal Audit, and IT teams.
Ideal candidates have a J.D., active bar status (CA preferred), 8+ years of experience, and strong communication and discretion.
