Job description
ONWARD Medical is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead US legal support for commercial, contracting, FDA regulatory matters, clinical affairs, and healthcare compliance as the company scales in the USA. Based in Nashville or East Coast, you will partner with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Leadership.
You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on payor contracting, ensure FMV and AdvaMed code compliance, and guide post-market compliance across Class II/III
