Job description
Grove is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to sit at the heart of its legal function, partnering with teams across transactions, product development, and general corporate matters. You will work directly with the General Counsel, with exposure to a wide range of legal matters and a fast path to owning them independently.
On the transaction side, you will support deals from term sheet through closing and post-closing administration.
