Job description
Valsoft Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to support day-to-day operations across multiple portfolios and back M&A activities from the operations side.
You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements, and advise on corporate governance, M&A due diligence, and cross-border legal matters. The ideal candidate brings a J.D., 5+ years of experience, and the ability to distill complex concepts
