Formerra is seeking a Director of Legal to act as the primary in-house legal advisor, partnering with executives and functional leaders to identify and manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks while enabling strategic objectives.
The role retains responsibility for translating external counsel input into practical business guidance, driving contracts and enterprise risk mitigation with independence and executive presence.
