Job description
Quartr, a fast-growing financial AI data company, seeks its first in-house Legal Counsel in New York. You will own the legal function across the Swedish parent and US/Irish subsidiaries, report to the CFO/COO, and shape contracts and governance as the business scales.
You'll build processes, templates and tooling, manage outside counsel across three jurisdictions, and partner with product and engineering to mitigate risk while enabling growth and enterprise deals.
