Job description
TrueScripts Management Services, LLC is seeking a Senior General Counsel to serve as the principal legal advisor to the President/CEO and the Executive Committee. You will guide PBM regulatory strategy, commercial contracting, governance, and enterprise risk for a growing, ESOP-owned organization in healthcare.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in healthcare or PBM law, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex regulation into clear business actions.
