Job description
Nscale is seeking a Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in Legal recruitment across the US. You will personally run high-impact searches, influence hiring decisions with data and market insight, and help build a world-class hiring bar for Corporate functions.
You’ll own hiring for Legal roles, manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to closing, and develop pipelines across corporate teams, while elevating candidate experience in a fast‑growing tech environment.
