Job description
TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive our RPO partnerships and shape the future of life sciences talent.
You will build strategic relationships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients, design world-class talent solutions, and quarterback the end-to-end sales process from discovery to closure.
Travel up to 30%; compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.
