Job description
Syneos Health seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive RPO partnerships and shape talent solutions for life sciences clients in Raleigh. You will own strategic relationships, lead the full sales process, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders.
With 6+ years in life sciences recruiting and a track record of exceeding revenue goals, you will travel up to 30% and collaborate across the Syneos Health organization to deliver superior client outcomes.
