TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive our RPO partnerships and shape talent strategy for life sciences clients. You will guide engagements from discovery through pricing, proposals, and closing deals for top biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device accounts.
Bring 6+ years in life sciences recruiting and a proven ability to win complex talent solutions, with a senior network across biotech and pharma, and comfort working in a matrixed enterprise.
