Job description
The Points Guy in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle & Email Marketing to own the strategy and execution of customer journeys that keep our audience engaged, grow subscriber value, and drive traffic and conversions. This role focuses on lifecycle/retention and requires fluency in travel rewards.
You'll partner with the Director to shape the team's roadmap, own segmentation and testing strategy, and translate data into actionable improvements.
