Job description
Havenly Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own CRM and lifecycle strategy across seven home brands: Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.
Build journeys, cross-brand programs, and an AI-forward CRM stack for a fast-growing portfolio. You’ll lead a small team, expand SMS and push, and partner with Product and Engineering to hit first-purchase and LTV targets while preserving each brand voice.
