Job description
Willow Wealth is hiring a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own the customer journey from signup through first investment and long-term retention. This is a sole‑owner role: you will set the lifecycle strategy, run the send calendar, build campaigns, and measure results.
You will manage email, push, in-app, SMS, and on-platform messaging as a unified journey, align launches with Strategy, and partner with Content, Design, Product, and Analytics to translate offerings into marketing
