Senior Line Cook $500 SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER COMPLETION OF 90 DAYS!
Responsibilities:
All Cooks are responsible for delivering the highest quality food and service.
Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, always positively representing the Company.
Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef.
Properly execute all recipes.
Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume, and high-pressure service.
Execute food production and plating according to stated specifications and timing.
Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and organized station at all times.
Requirements:
3 years minimum experience as a line cook in fine dining, or equivalent experience.
Culinary degree preferred.
Must possess strong skills on grill, sauté, and broiler.
Ability and knowledge to make sauces from scratch.
Pay rate: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
