Nashville, Tennessee — this is a fully on-site role in a dynamic, fast-growing legal market with direct collaboration alongside experienced attorneys.
Note
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee, have at least 7 years of litigation experience and a $250k portable annual book of business.

Job Description
Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trials
Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical guidance
Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex litigation matters
Manage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
7+ years of litigation experience
$250k portable annual book of business
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
Experience in transportation, construction, or product liability litigation is a plus
