Senior Litigation Attorney (Partner Level) | Richmond, VA (Hybrid) | $175,000 to $210,000 | Civil Litigation Defense
Multiple offices across various states including DC. Courts in more than 35 states and territories.

Platform
A national civil litigation defense firm with clients from Fortune 100 companies to small business owners and individuals.
General liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability.
A Richmond office that's growing. The firm describes its growth as slow and sustainable, so a partner level hire here is a considered one.
Economics
$175,000 to $210,000 base.
401(k) with profit sharing, plus medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability cover, FSAs and holiday pay.

What they need
An active Virginia bar license.
10 or more years of civil litigation defense, including insurance defense clients.
A track record of running cases independently from suit through settlement or trial, with your own motions, memoranda and trial prep.
