Job description
PEAC Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a Litigation & Recovery Manager to lead the company’s distressed and defaulted equipment finance recovery efforts. This hands‑on role requires strong judgment, persistence, and commercial thinking, reporting to the Senior VP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.
You will oversee complex matters, manage outside counsel, coordinate with Legal, Credit, Asset Management, and Finance, and build a data‑driven recovery function with measurable outcomes.
