Job description
The Ivy Castle Rock is seeking an Activity Director to coordinate the social, recreational, and educational activities for residents, promoting independence and quality of life. You will manage budgets, calendars, and community excursions in alignment with Oakmont Management Group’s mission and values.
You will lead Activity Assistants and volunteers, ensure safety, and foster teamwork across departments while driving community activities and events to support resident well-being.
