Job description
The Ivy Castle Rock, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks an energetic Activity Director to plan, organize, and oversee daily activities and excursions for residents, enhancing independence and quality of life.
You will recruit and lead Activity Assistants and volunteers, manage scheduling and budgets, and ensure safety while fostering resident participation across events and clubs, with a focus on excellence and resident well-being.
