Job description
CARE PARTNERS in Albany, Oregon seeks a compassionate Care Partner to assist residents with daily living activities and provide companionship in a warm, supportive environment. You will monitor health, report changes, and engage residents in meaningful activities while working closely with the Wellness Team.
