Job description
Milestone is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support residents with daily living needs in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team.
This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day. You will follow each resident’s service plan, document condition changes, and promote safety and compliance
