H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee operations in luxury senior living communities. The role focuses on 85% clinical treatment and 15% oversight, with a 1:1 geriatric caseload including dementia, Alzheimer's, balance, and dizziness management.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, work independently when needed, and guide clinical services while supporting growth across 200+ locations nationwide.
