Job description
Platinum Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead an assisted living community in Wisconsin. You will provide strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and drive resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
This role partners with clinical teams, finance, and marketing to ensure high-quality care and financial sustainability. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in senior living, familiarity with DHS 83/89, and strong communication skills.
