Brookdale is seeking a hands-on operations leader to run a senior living community. You will oversee daily operations, resident and family engagement, and financial performance while building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities include developing the business plan with the district team, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving occupancy and revenue through sales collaboration. Bachelor's degree preferred; two years leadership experience required.
