Job description
Atria Senior Living is hiring a General Manager to lead a community's day-to-day operations in Washington state. You will own the profit and loss, guide sales and service, and drive resident satisfaction with a high-performing team.
Reporting to the Regional VP, you’ll develop budgets, implement strategies, and collaborate with partners to maintain safety, quality, and community standards while advancing growth and occupancy.
