Job description
Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations in Woodbridge, CT to drive occupancy by forming meaningful relationships with prospects, families and partners. Schedule is Sunday to Thursday; base salary is $75-80k with commissions and bonuses monthly.
You will move beyond transactional sales and embody prospect-centered selling across our communities. You will manage a detailed prospect and professional profile system, nurture your pipeline, and articulate the Benchmark
