Job description
PruittHealth is seeking a Senior Nurse Consultant for Senior Living to support Assisted Living and Memory Care communities with regulatory compliance and survey readiness. The role involves coaching leadership, reviewing clinical records, and guiding teams toward continuous quality improvement.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in long-term care, active RN licensure, and experience with mock surveys. Travel to multiple communities will be required to ensure ongoing compliance and patient safety.
