Job description
Westminster Woods on Julington Creek in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Construction Manager for our Construction and Design department to oversee design reviews and construction of Senior Living facilities and properties. This full-time role requires experience across feasibility studies, due diligence, ground-up and renovation projects.
You will coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, review drawings for compliance, and ensure on-time, on-budget project
