Job description
Theuniversityunion is seeking a Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care to provide overall leadership and operational oversight for assisted living and memory care services. You will drive resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and staff development across the community.
You will also manage departmental budgets, coordinate with clinical leadership, and support successful transitions while maintaining occupancy goals and high-quality service.
