Job description
Luther Manor in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Director of the Assisted Living to oversee operations across the continuum of care, including The Courtyards and RCAC-certified programs. You will lead staffing, policy implementation, and ensure resident safety, quality care and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with departments to optimize occupancy, budget adherence, and service excellence for residents and families.
