Job description
The Brightview Senior Living community is seeking an Assisted Living Director to lead the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will supervise MedTechs and Resident Assistants, ensure staffing, and collaborate with the Health Services Director to meet care standards.
In this leadership role you will drive resident assessments, develop the Resident Services Plan, and participate in family meetings, training, and ongoing staff development to promote an active, vibrant life for residents.
