Koelsch Communities in Colorado Springs is seeking a Director of Resident Services (RN or LPN) to lead the care team at Springs Ranch, a senior living community. This full-time exempt role oversees resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, and memory care/assisted living programs.
The position requires weekend availability, a salary range of $98,000–$115,000, monthly bonus opportunities, extensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the organization.
