Job description
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will oversee daily operations, staff, budgeting, occupancy goals, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional care for residents.
You’ll recruit and train on-site staff, partner with the Healthcare Coordinator, monitor finances, and drive occupancy through marketing and community relations. This role requires strong leadership and on‑call availability.
